Once your scrapbooking order is received we promptly
package it up and ship it direct to you via USPS
or UPS with FREE insurance and FREE delivery confirmation.
Your order will not get lost in an over sized warehouse
or lay lost on a kitchen table. We insure all orders
get shipped out complete and correctly. Choosing
UPS will allow you to receive a tracking number so
that you can track your shipment from your own computer,
just visit ups.com, click on track and supply the
small amount of information required to get an arrival
date and time for your scrapbook order.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please
let us know any ideas or changes you would like to
see on our site. While we can't use all ideas and
make every change we are proud to have had our site
designed for and by scrapbooking consumers.
Shipping USPS is as follows:
Fist class requires 13oz or less and can take up to 3 to 5 business days
to arrive.
Parcel post is up to 1 lb and can take up to 2 to 5 business days to arrive.
Priority Mail is up to 2 lbs and can take 2 to 3 business days to arrive.
All orders over 2lbs may ship via UPS.
All orders to Canada are shipped Airmail Letter post "AO" and
or UPS will take up to 7 - 10 business days to arrive.
The following applies to all APO deliveries:
Shipping
to APO addresses via USPS Priority Mail. There is
no Delivery Confirmation available and therefore
we do not provide Delivery Insurance to any APO address.
You should allow extra time for your order to arrive.
All lost USPS shipped orders must be reported to
Scrapbooking Supplies R Us within 60 days of placing
the order.
USPS insurance does not cover stolen boxes from mail
boxes or boxes left on outside property.
Shipping UPS is as follows:
All orders shipped UPS go with free insurance and
a tracking number.
Scrapbooking Supplies R Us owned by our parent company
Memories Live On LLC. Memories Live On LLC will appear
on your credit card statement, or if using Paypal
this may also occur.
Scrapbooking Supplies R Us does not do back orders,
all items that fall out of stock prior to or during
the placing of your order will be canceled off your
order which you will not be charged for. All orders
using credit cards for payment are not charged until
the order is packaged and ready to ship. All
orders above $100.00 USD will be charged
24hrs prior to shipping with customers knowledge.
