Mrs. Grossman's was launched by Andrea Grossman with a line of stationery featuring illustrations from historic seed catalogues. In 1979, a request from a local retailer - and a happy accident at the printer - resulted in the first roll of red heart stickers. Andrea quickly added nine more designs to the line, and Stickers by the Yard™ was born. For the first time, shoppers could buy one sticker at a time from a roll displayed at their local store. In 1980, scrapbooking was born and Mrs. Grossman rode that train to station. There is no more prolific a supplier of flat stickers than Mrs. Grossman, who together with her four designers, print stickers in every genre and style imaginable.
