Today has been a totally dreary day. The kind of day you just want to spend inside, warm and toasty, at a desk full of your favorite scrapbooking supplies. What better way to enjoy this situation than with a new sketch challenge and the potential of adding to your stash of favorite products?!!?!?
So, the dreary day has enabled me to dream up a challenge for us to play with for all of those that are savoring the not so great (or fantastic for that matter) weather. To play along, all you need to do is create a project following the above sketch, post it to your blog/facebook/online gallery, come back to this post and leave me a comment with your link! You have until Monday, November 16, 2009 (11pm pst) to post your links!
To try something new this challenge and keep you guys on your toes, our winner will get to pick the theme of their prize from the following lines:
This way, everyone is bound to have the prize of their dreary day dreams. With that said, lets take a look at what our design team and guest designer Sarah have come up with using the sketch!
Layout by Sarah using Basic Grey's Nook and Pantry line. I love Sarah's take on this sketch because i can really see the sketch even though she has totally made it her own AND my very 1st memories of getting to know Sarah was all about her love and hunt for the perfect cupcakes. mmmnnn.... cupcakes...
Layout by Holly using American Crafts' Junior line.
Layout by Holly using Webster's Pages Postcards from Paris line.
I can't wait to see everyone's take on this sketch and hope we brought a little inspiration to your day!!! sunshine&bunnies, holly*

if you currently do not have a blog, you can still most certainly enter! you can also post your submission on a public photo sharing site (i.e. flickr), a gallery that may or may not be attached to a forum, or on facebook even. just be sure to post the link!

So i thought the LO's were quite nice, but nobody apparently cares. If you're going to do challenges, I recommend you set an announcement date for the award. I know I didn't win, but it would still be nice to announce it.
