This week in scrapbooking

We're late, blame the turkey.

We see cards every day. Every so often we come across a card that we're really impressed with:

This card requires a set of products that is hard to use and too expensive to acquire outside of a class. However, the results are quite nice.

MFT has a rosette tutorial.

Compare and contrast
TH has one...
Another TH one
Memory Box has one...
The Cats Pajamas has one...
And the very first one we can find, the Parc of rosettes (back when it was called a fan fold flower)
We don't know about you, but we feel the reason why TH is so popular is when he gets around to it, his tutorials are really the best.

Layout a day ranted about falling letters.

She's one of the few to actually comment back responses on comments. Letters can do worse than fall off the page, they can fall off the package and find their way to our clearance section.

SEI offers a pillowbox template

Webster's pages had a series of demonstrations where "even our old collections never get old"

I would write what I really think but the editor will take it out.

We've learned that our stampers like products that can be used over and over in many different ways.

This is not one of them.

You all laugh at the unbelievable audience these collages bring:
But this one:

was bought for $76MM by the Al-Thani ruling family of Qatar. Sometimes, if you slap enough color together, it becomes art. Kind of like throwing words together to make a Karen Foster themed paper or a Marianne Moore poem

We can't tell if this is an honest effort at an authentic landscape or a perverse image where the blissfully ignorant snowman blithely ignores the instrument of his death (the enormous sun!), with a smile and a scarf! When you're a snowman, the only thing worse than a scarf around your neck is a noose.
