Drink Up! (Layout)

Collage Look

First of all, I would like to wish you all a Happy Valentine's Day! Hope you all enjoy this romantic day to the fullest!

Today's layout is created using the beautiful paper line by K and Company. I've tried to create the collage look on this layout using all the interesting prints on the papers.

Here are the steps to this layout.

1) Use a white cardstock as the base for this layout. Distress it's edges and ink it with distress ink.

2) Cut the die-cut pattern paper in half and ink it's edges. Attach it vertically to the middle of the layout. (Tip: Only apply adhesives to the middle of this piece to for inserts later.)

3) Cut out some tags from the pattern paper and insert them on the left and right of the die-cut pattern paper. Use a black pen to doodle the edges of the tags and detail them with Stickles and some ribbons.

4) Distress the edges of the photograph and attach it to the middle of the layout. Use a black pen to doodle on the edges of the photograph.

5) Attach a flower border horizontally under the photograph and some ferns vertically on the left of the photograph.

6) Cut out some tulips from the pattern papers and attach it to the lower left of the layout. Detail the tulips with distress stickles.

7) Cut out some birds from another pattern paper and attach it to the lower right of the layout using foam adhesives. Also cut out some eggs from the pattern paper and attach them to the bottom of the layout too. Dress up the birds with Stickles.

8) Add a clock hand on the upper left of the layout and detail it with a brad and Stickles.

9) Attach some flowers on the bottom of the layout and some chipboard butterflies all around the layout. Dress them up with Stickles.

10) Use some chipboard alphas to form the title and stamped on it using a flourish stamp and black solvent ink.

This is such a fun layout to create. Hope you all enjoy the tutorial too!
